RETURN POLICY
- You have the right to return the products you have purchased from the company’s website within 14 calendar days and choose either to replace them with another product or to refund the value of the product.
- At the end of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the shipment, there is no right to return your order.
- The returned products must be in their original condition, including their packaging, without damage and accompanied by all the shipping documents. Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
- Also, returns are not Accepted on products that bear obvious signs of use or on products that have been customized to order.
RETURN OF PRODUCTS & REFUND
- The return and replacement is FREE for shipments within Greece using our partner courier company.
- However, the customer will be charged the shipping costs for each subsequent product return after the first free return in the original purchase/transaction.
- Contact us via email at ekjewelry.gr@gmail.com., with the subject “RETURN OF PRODUCTS” along with your full name and your order number, explaining why you wish to return the product and if you wish a replacement.
- Within 2 working days you will receive a reply email with detailed return instructions via ACS.
- Upon receipt of your return, a detailed check of the condition of the returned item will be made and if there is no problem with its condition, packaging or accompanying documents, then you will be informed by email for acceptance and the replacement or refund process.
RETURN OF MONEY
- If you do not wish to be replaced with a new product, the refund procedure is carried out within ( 14 ) days from the date of receipt of the return to EK JEWELRY. More specifically, the refund is made in the same way as the original payment method, unless the purchase was made on delivery, in which case the refund will be made via bank deposit.
- The customer is required to contact us via email at gr@gmail.com which will include the account number (IBAN), the bank where the account is held and the name of the beneficiary as it appears on the booklet. For security reasons, the beneficiary or co-beneficiary of the account number should be the same person as the one indicated on the proof of purchase.
- As far as purchases made as gifts are concerned, it is possible to exchange them for another product of equal or greater value but they cannot be redeemed in cash.
- In case you wish to change the product and the specific product is of lower value than the original order, then the difference is not refundable but credited for future purchases.
Finally, the company is not responsible for any damage or deterioration of the products that may have occurred after their use and in no case is it obliged to replace them. In this case the cost of repair and any transport costs are borne by the customer.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Cancellation of the order can be made either during the online order process or after the submission of your order. So if your order has not yet been dispatched and is still being processed, then you should contact us as soon as possible. More specifically, you can contact us by phone at 2103314870 or by email at ekjewelry.gr@gmail.com with the subject “CANCELLATION OF ORDER” in which the order number will be mentioned.
